On Friday, Brooklands HC held their annual Golf Day at Sale GC, who managed to pull out all of the stops to get the course in fine fettle for a great day of golf.

60 of our nearest and dearest hockey patrons graced a tidy course in sunny spells and battled it out for this year's prize.

As the club's biggest fundraiser of the year, expectations were high and we had lots of healthy competition for all of the top team and individual prizes.

As usual, support for our Challenge 2-Ball auction was incredible. We are lucky enough to know members at some very prestigious UK golf courses and their generosity is hugely appreciated. You know who you are!

Big thanks to MLH Physio and Sam Connor for their generous raffle prize donations, as well as longstanding supporter Charles Jesudason with his donation of some sporting memorabilia.

Of course, we'll be back next year (date TBC) hopefully with a bigger field, more female participation, better prizes and more golf which will continue supporting all of our hockey endeavours for many seasons to come!
