The ladies 1st team currently compete in the National Women's Conference North, where they have finished in the top three for the previous three seasons.

Coaching

- Coaching qualification preferred but not necessary.
- Assist on training day(s) when available.
- Well organised
- Good understanding of hockey tactics/strategies.
- Good communication.

Weekly Admin

- Contacting opposition & match officials ahead of fixture to confirm relevant match information. e.g. Team sheets, colours & dietary requirements for teas.
- Send match card copies to North & Cheshire Hockey.
- Provide umpire feedback to NPUA via online system.
- Preparing match day programmes.

Match Day

- Prepare pitch.
- First point of call for match officials, ensure they have all the required paperwork & documentation.
- Ensure the team has a fully stocked first aid kit with ice and water pitch side.
- Managing the head coaches substitutions with the table officials and handling timed sin bins.
- Unless a club physio is available responsible for attending on pitch injuries.
- Recording goal scorers and assists.
- Check & sign match card.
- Main point of contact with the opposition.

Salary: Expenses Only
