The Men's 2XI won their final at Beeston defeating Brighton and Hove 3-1. A great result for a team mix of mature players and youngsters, well done guys.

The 1XI drew with Cannock 2-2 with goals from Peter Cornell and David Flanagan but went down 5-4 on penalty strokes, arrgh! Great effort though and frankly the best team lost!

The Masters over 40 team (Vets to us!) beat Cannock (yahoo) 2-1 and definately looked the better fitter team.

A great weekend and thanks to all the supporters who travelled and proved to be the noisiest bunch there (as usual!)
