The new Brooklands water-based Astroturf is to be officially opened Sunday 27th November and all members are invited.
The day kicks off with junior games at 11.0 and Nicola White GB hockey Gold medalist of the Brazil Olympics will arrive 11.30 as a special guest of honour and meet youngsters on the pitch.
Other guests, including the Mayor of Trafford will arrive 12 noon. The Press and photographers will be with us, so a chance to Photo-bomb!
The ribbon will be cut by Nicola White and our own Martyn Grimley also a GB Gold Olympic medalist. Both our esteemed hockey Olympians will be wearing their Golds so we can compare the two!
A few words will be spoken by Club Officials then off to the Bar!

The 125 Draw will be carried out during the afternoon.

The Men 1s will follow at 2.0 playing a Premier League game against East Grinstead, so we can give them a boost from a bigger home crowd than usual.

Come on down and enjoy the day we went 'water' giving us the best facility in the North of England and of course, cheer the boys on to victory (stirring 'Eye of the Tiger' music fades)
