Following a good one on one save from Timmy in goal the Neston forward finished well with a reverse hit from the top. 2-1 quickly became 3-1 with the home team now staring down the barrel. Brooklands worked hard to get back into the game and scored the next through who were covering every blade of grass. With a 3-1 deficit to close the home team were staring down the barrel.
