With their first match back after the Christmas break the Ladies 2s headed to Liverpool Sefton. It’s fair to say both teams were a little rusty but Brooklands started the better of the two and had a very strong first 15. On the break Sefton managed to win and convert a corner changing the momentum of the game. High turnover across the pitch, the match was end-to-end; Brooklands had more chances, but with luck not going our way we couldn’t convert and at the final whistle it was 4-0 to Sefton.
The Ladies 2s have an important match this weekend against Lytham who are just 1 point above them in the league, we’re looking for a big win so please come down and support!
